Return & Refund Policy (Within 30 Days)
We accept return and refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Products must be in resellable condition, free from damage, wear, or signs of use

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

Return requests must be submitted via email to snappy_play@outlook.com within the 30-day return period
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase
Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of order placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
